Ingredients

• HyFun Foods Chilli Garlic Poppers - 1 pack
• Pita Breads (6 inch) – 2 nos
• Hummus Spread - ½ cup
• Paneer - ¼ cup
• Lettuce leaf – 4nos
• Fresh Vegetables - ¼ cup (Carrot/cucumber, capsicum any color, Radish, Onions any of your favorite vegetable )
• Baby Tomato - ¼ cup
• Olive Oil - 2 tsp
• Dried Oregano – as desired
• Salt and Black pepper - sprinkle to taste

Method

• Deep fry or Air Fry HyFun Foods Chilli Garlic Poppers. (Refer back of pack for cooking instructions)
• Take a mixing bowl, add in veggies and paneer, sprinkle with olive oil, oregano and seasoning and toss it gently.
• Gently warm the pita bread and cut it to half.
• Spread the hummus inside the pita pockets.
• Place lettuce leaf.
• Stuff with veggies and paneer.
• Place the HyFun foods Chilli Garlic Poppers.
• Enjoy a healthy pita.
